To register a bike, or rather transfer from one owner to another is not as simple as it may sound. The Transport division, who is the authority which transfer international drivers licences to local Australian ones would not accept my drivers licence as a valid identification. How crazy isn’t that? After getting a bankstatement, my passport and a creditcard (yes, a creditcard) I could finally show three valid identifications.
