Riding from New Castle to Sydney did not offer much interesting views on the route I chose. The Putty road could have been an alternative, but it is supposed to be very curvy. I made it to Sydney just in time for my business meeting. Just in time. I had to throw in the bags , get changed and run to the ferry.
Cremorne Point is where I found a great little hotel only five minutes walk to the ferry. I can warmly recommend Cremore Point Manor as a nice budget hotel very centrally and in a quite area.
It almost gives a feeling of living in your own house where you have access to kitchen, verandas etc. Free parking and friendly staff. I extended my stay twice and they managed to let me stay in the same room at the initial rate.
